You are invited to join the Lacey Historical
Society Wednesday, July 19th at 7:00 for a free showing of "Great New Jersey
Coastal Storms." This documentary shows
the sea's fury in rare movies, vintage movie reels, photographs,
videotapes, and more. Firsthand accounts are included by those who experienced
these ferrous storms.
Before there was Sandy, there were Irene, the Great Storm of 1962, and
the 1944 Hurricane. The presentation will be held at the Old School House Museum
located
at 126 South Main Street (Route 9) next to the Lacey MUA building.
