To: All members and friends of the Township of Ocean Historical Museum:
In the interest of preserving public health during the growing coronavirus pandemic, and also to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and able to attend our events, we have made the decision to POSTPONE all of our events through March 29. This aligns with CDC recommendations to practice social distancing and avoid large group gatherings.
- We are closing the museum to the public from now through Sunday, March 29th.
- The 16th Annual Spring Tea has been moved from April 18, 2020, to May 30, 2020;
- The Speaker event scheduled for March 25, 2020, is being rescheduled to a later date.
- The Gallery Talk scheduled for Sunday, March 29, 2020, is canceled.
We firmly plan to reschedule these events as soon as it is safe to gather again. We will be in touch with you as to the new dates.
Thank you for your understanding regarding this decision to proceed responsibly in these very uncertain times.
Sincerely,
Paul G. Edelson, President
