The Museum elect s its Board for two (2) years and Trustees for six (6) years. This year we are voting with an E-Ballot (electronic) and you have an opportunity to participate. The ballot will be done as follows:
** 2/16/2019 - you are receiving the nominees from our Nominating Committee and an opportunity for you to make a nomination if you would like. You may use the buttons below or may submit online HERE. This must be returned by 2/22/19.
** 2/26/19 You will receive the E-ballot for the election of the Museum Officers and Trustees. This ballot must be returned by 3/5/19.
** 3/20/19 The new Board Organiztional meeting will be held and the Board will be sworn in.
I have enclosed the proposed slate of Officers and trustees and the nominating E-ballot.
