Museum Participation in Ocean Township 4th of July Celebration
To: All members of the Township of Ocean Historical Museum:
Ocean Township will be celebrating Independence Day on Wed. July 3. There will be a parade stepping off from Dow Ave. School at 5:30 p.m. The route will take Whalepond Road up to the entrance of Palaia Park at the Band Shell. (about ½ mile)
Heading the parade will be the present and several past grand marshals including: Marge and Paul Edelson and Ginny and Doc Richmond, and several past Councilmen. We would like to have our banner carried and some marchers representing the Museum in the parade. ( Bring your kids and grandkids) There will a picnic at the Park and later fireworks. Fun for all ages.
