34th Annual Holiday Quilt Raffle

The Holidays are here, which means it's time for the annual Township of Ocean Historical Museum Holiday Quilt Raffle. Our 2021 Quilt, "Blues In Motion" (Blue, White & Gold), is the Thirty-fourth (34th) quilt to be sewn by hand and raffled off by the Museum Quilters, for the support of the Museum.

As always, the raffle will be drawn at the Museum at approximately 3:00 pm on Sunday, December 5, 2021.

Tickets are available online at our website.

(PLEASE NOTE: Online ticket sales require you purchase tickets by the book of ten (10) tickets. Individual ticket sales are not allowed online. If you order on-line, tickets will be made out in your name and the stubs will be mailed to you. Online ticket sales will stop after 12:00 pm on Sunday, December 5, 2021).

The Annual Holiday Quilt Raffle is the Museum's largest annual fundraising event. Funds from the Annual Quilt Raffle help support the many Museum programs that take place during the year. Please be generous.

The Township of Ocean Historical Museum, founded in 1984, is a member-supported, 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey. Its headquarters, the Eden Woolley House, is one of the few 18th-century structures still in existence in the Township. The museum serves as the ancestral home to every citizen of the Township of Ocean. PLEASE NOTE: At the present time, due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, the Museum will only be open on all Sunday afternoons, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, or request a tour anytime by Calling 732-531-2136 or e-mailing at OceanMuseum@yahoo.com. We will be adding days in the future and will continue to keep you advised. The Township of Ocean Historical Museum offers exhibits on the history of coastal Monmouth County and a full calendar of events. The Museum is also 100% volunteer supported, with no paid staff. The Museum maintains a library and archive, which houses manuscripts, books and photographs of historical and genealogical interest. Funding has been made possible in part by an operating support grant from the Monmouth County Historical Commission through funding from the New Jersey Historical Commission.

Painting and repair of the exterior of the Stucile Farms Dairy Barn have been accomplished with 2018 financial assistance from The 1772 Foundation in cooperation with and administrated by the New Jersey Historic Trust.

Painting and repair of the exterior of the Stucile Farms Water Tower have been accomplished with 2016 financial assistance from The 1772 Foundation in cooperation with and administrated by the New Jersey Historic Trust.

Painting and repair of the exterior of the Eden Woolley House Farms Water Tower have been accomplished with 2014 financial assistance from The 1772 Foundation in cooperation with and administrated by the New Jersey Historic Trust.
